These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Prodiora, including our website, image generation tools, credit system, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Prodiora.

If you choose to continue with Google sign-in, that action also counts as your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

You agree not to use Prodiora to:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Generate unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or infringing material.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass platform protections.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Some Prodiora features require paid credits or other paid access. Prices, credit bundles, and product offers may change at any time.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once credits have been applied, consumed, or allocated to processing. If a payment issue occurs, contact us and we will review the transaction in good faith.

Prodiora and its software, branding, interface, and service materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit to the platform. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, store, and deliver that content and any resulting outputs in order to operate the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, integrations, or service access at any time, with or without notice.

Prodiora is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect output quality, or compatibility with every workflow, browser, or third-party provider.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the platform, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a fraudulent or abusive way.

You may stop using Prodiora at any time. Provisions that should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodiora disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Prodiora after an update means you accept the revised version.
